The Miracle Morning PDF summary and review

Are there things you know you should be doing to better yourself, but you can’t find the time? Or maybe when you have the time you no longer have the willpower or energy to get them done? Those are very common problems and the miracle morning is the solution! Here’s why it works so well.
Almost everyone knows what they should be doing in life: Eating better, exercising, saving, reading, growing your income, and training our minds. The hard part of fitting in the good stuff will help us is that our schedule is packed full of all the “urgent” stuff that modern life requires.

How it works

The Miracle morning is a system that puts all that good stuff front and center. Instead of using the last of your willpower to accomplish what is good for you, you do it first thing in the morning when you are at your prime. As a result: You have more energy and willpower to accomplish your goals throughout the day.

Luckily you don’t have to be a morning person to take advantage of this. Although you may find yourself one after a few weeks! The key to any good habit is establishing a routine that you will stick to. It is better to do a little every day consistently than to try too hard and burn out and quit. The miracle morning does a great job of laying out a simple morning routine that covers all the bases and it also includes a mini 6-minute version you can fit in, even on the busiest of days.

Don’t fool yourself

If you’ve fallen into the trap of not putting the most important things first, you are only fooling yourself. You may feel like you don’t have the energy or time to do what you know you should be doing. The fact is: If you do those things first, you’ll have more energy and willpower than you had before. You’ll get a lot more done. Hustling while going nowhere is still going nowhere.

It’s worth the read, or listen

The book is free with kindle unlimited and owning the kindle version reduces the price of the Audible version by half. My method for reading is to listen to the audible version first while I work out in the mornings. If it turns out to be a worthwhile book I go back and read the kindle version to take notes and get a deeper comprehension. This book was worth doing both.
